We’re All Muslim Now
Or so President Obama thinks:
The president said the United States and other parts of the Western world “have to educate ourselves more effectively on Islam.”
“And one of the points I want to make is, is that if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we’d be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world,” Mr. Obama said. “And so there’s got to be a better dialogue and a better understanding between the two peoples.”
Wha—?? Since when?
The CIA Factbook has us as 0.6% Muslim—or about 1.8 million. So Muslims fall somewhere between Phoenix and Houston (which isn’t a bad idea, come to think of it—kidding!!!), and puts us in the upper 50s to low 60s in the ranks of Muslim countries.
Who knows what goes through this guy’s head. Maybe when you bow down to them, they look bigger.
A grown-up would say that we toppling Saddam and fighting a proxy war against the mullahs of Iran in Iraq was part of a dialogue, that ridding Afghanistan of the Taliban helped better understanding.
But there is nothing grown up about this administration. It is stuck in administrative adolescence. Daddy (W.) is an idiot, and didn’t know what he was doing. Not like I do. I can hang out with the kids I think are cool, regardless of what anyone says. Consequences are for other people.
God, what a dink.

Actually what he wants to convince the Muslim world is that he is “Al Mahdi”.
