Barack Obama… Traitor!

Yesterday, we just asked the question.

Today, his camp confirms his treachery:

In the New York Post, conservative Iranian-born columnist Amir Taheri quoted Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari as saying the Democrat made the demand when he visited Baghdad in July, while publicly demanding an early withdrawal.

“He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,” Zebari said in an interview, according to Taheri.

“However, as an Iraqi, I prefer to have a security agreement that regulates the activities of foreign troops, rather than keeping the matter open,” Zebari reportedly said. …

Obama’s national security spokeswoman Wendy Morigi said Taheri’s article bore “as much resemblance to the truth as a McCain campaign commercial.”

In fact, Obama had told the Iraqis that they should not rush through a “Strategic Framework Agreement” governing the future of US forces until after President George W. Bush leaves office, she said.

QED.

I don’t want to get all Iranian on His Oneness, but shouldn’t he be executed? Not assassinated, I hasten to assure you—but tried for treason, found guilty (which his team admits), and then, you know, Gary Gilmore-d.

Merely my Modest Proposal. But he absolutely should be drawn and quartered in the press for this inexcusable undermining of the authority of the commander in chief.

Which is even less likely to happen than my scenario.

And after he is tried, we can try Pelosi who met with terrorists in Northern Iraq and Syria and then tried to subvert the War by angering the Turks with her little playground trick of trying to get congress to dredge up the Armenian/Ottoman debacle. Then Jack Murtha for giving aid and comfort to our enemies, and Dick Durbin for same. Add to them the CIA folks who thought it was cute to leak classified programs to the New York Times and Wash. Post that directly helped our enemies and got some of our people killed. And then the editors of said papers. I’m sick of this shit. Imagine Senate leader Harry Reid (D), Traitorville, in 1942 or 1778 declaring “This war is lost.” Gens. MacArthur and Washington, respectively, would have run him through without a second thought. Oh, and they would have been cheered while doing it.

But of course, the press here will run a concentrated blocking scheme for B. Hussein Obama. They have to. He’s their boy. Oops, sorry, “man.”

Martino, you forgot Baghdad Jim McDermott, and as a Seattle-ite, I absolutely insist that you take him.

I’m not expecting a public outcry over this in our screwed up political atmosphere, but is it really too much to ask that the mainstream media report on this story as much and as often as if it were a republican that did something like this?
