Bait and Switch
Someone wrote to the Wall Street Journal, with a succinct description of the Obama play book. Yes, he flip-flops, but it has a darker quality, one that we’ve tried to understand here at Bloodthirsty Liberal. I think this person got it:
“There’s a name for what Mr. Obama is doing: It’s called a ‘bait and switch.’”
Obama The Slimy Used Car Salesman - that’s it! NO disrespect to honorable used car salespeople!!! It is an overused stereotype, but we can all picture it, can’t we? Barry sold his followers one thing, they bought it, got it home, and the damn thing won’t run at all. And when they protest, he shrugs and says: Sorry Sweetie!
From my favorite PUMA site,we can read a short play, Horton Hears A Huh: A Play In One Oblivious Act. And that leads us to this Washington Post story about the biggest page on Obama’s blog, which features 16,000 furious supporters discussing his FISA bait and switch.
This guy could very possibly become the next President of the United States, but no one has a clue what he stands for. We have hints - he stands for himself and his sleazy associates - but without a firm record, no one can say for sure. Bait and Switch Barry refused to vote for much of anything. He is a windbag of rhetoric. He looks good in a suit. But what will he do when he assumes power? And who will run the show?
