The Seal Under the Bus Goes Arf! Arf! SQUISH!

See-Dubya over at Michelle Malkin’s site passes on the news that Barack Obama has given the seal of disapproval to vero possumus (Latin for “real skunk” or “road kill”, I can’t decide).

While we don’t have full details, someone at Obama’s press center, when asked if the seal would be used going forward said simply, “No.” There were still a number of vaguely presidential-seal screensavers available at the Obama website, though.

So the man who took off his flag pin after 9/11, then ripped off the Presidential seal, has now (as See-Dubya puts it) clubbed the seal, too.

What next, using the Constitution as a Kleenex?

And the color is United Nations Blue—don’t think I didn’t notice. The man makes me ill.

This seal is just another example of his self-important elitism. He has some nerve thinking he is worthy of this seal. God help us all if this man is selected in November. Shame on us, too.

Do you remember the way Michael Dukakis had his campaign dismantled after he appeared in a tank? The seal is that sort of gesture, although the media is so in love with Obama that it probably won’t hurt him. He’ll just sigh and say: “That’s not the seal that I knew.”
