While hoisting spirits with some locals in a pub in Pennsylvania and in honor of the locally beloved and recently deceased Charlton Heston, Sen. Hillary Clinton toasted the crowd with a borrowed line from the epic Heston film, “Ben-Hur”: “Down Jupiter, Up Mars!” Just then a voice from behind the bar was heard: “Down Mars, Up Uranus!” It was learned later that no tip was left for the wait-staff.
