They’re Unhappy In Khartoum [UPDATED]
A more talented writer than I could turn that into a melody. Maybe some of you can help with this. Meanwhile, I’m talking about Mohammed-Bear and the teacher that got off lightly - only a couple weeks in prison and deportation back to her native Britain.
The Angry Muslim Street© wants her executed:
KHARTOUM, Sudan (CNN) — Hundreds of protesters brandishing swords and sticks gathered outside Khartoum’s presidential palace Friday to vent their anger against a British teacher jailed for allowing children to name a teddy bear “Mohammed.”
About 600 Islamic demonstrators piled out of mosques, chanting: “By soul, by blood, I will fight for the Prophet Mohammed.” Some of the protesters demanded the teacher’s execution, according to The Associated Press.
The agency reports that some chanted: “No tolerance: Execution,” and “Kill her, kill her by firing squad.”
I suppose that Condi Rice could find a way to put them all in a room together, perhaps in Annapolis, and then she could explain that in her childhood, she too had had a Teddy Bear… and then she could feel the pain on both sides and we’d all live happily ever after. My eyes are filling with soft tears as I type this. I have to stop.

“Imprisoning this lady does not satisfy the thirst of Muslims in Sudan. But we welcome imprisonment and expulsion,” the cleric, Abdul-Jalil Nazeer al-Karouri, a well-known hard-liner, told worshippers.
Now, obviously, bloodthirstiness is a trait I admire and respect—but so few besides I consider it complimentary. Welcome, brothers.
Last thought: imagine the trouble this woman would be in if it were she who thought of naming the bear Mohammed, and not her Muslim students.
As I asked yesterday, where were the Sudanese when Mohammed Atta defiled the name of the Prophet (pbbt). Or, as Mark Steyn once famously observed:
The leader of the 9/11 plotters? Mohammed Atta. The British Muslim who self-detonated in a Tel Aviv bar? Asif Mohammed Hanif. The gunman who shot up the El Al counter at LAX? Heshamed Mohamed Hedayet. The former U.S. Army sergeant who masterminded the slaughter at the embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania? Ali Mohamed. The murderer of Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh? Mohammed Bouyeri. The notorious Sydney gang rapist? Mohammed Skaf. The Washington sniper? John Allen Muhammed. If I were a Muslim, I would be deeply offended that the prophet’s name is the preferred appellation of so many killers and suicide bombers on every corner of the earth.
What’s the word to describe the Sudanese? Pre-primitive? Sub-primitive?

This is the most unbelievable thing I have ever heard. If the blood thirsty Muslims want to kill somebody they should kill all the kids, (which is right in line with their normal actions) because it was the kids that named the bear not the teacher. I have a question for the radical Muslims that want her executed. What kind of message have you sent to the kids since they named the bear? I actually feel sorry for the kids now because they think it is their fault that their teacher is in jail, and not the radical intolerent religion that they live under. If there truely are moderate Muslims ( which I don’t feel there are) then they should protest in mass against the decision.

For most reasonable human being it’s not possible to describe Muslims regardless of country. “Frightening” sums it up for me. “Intimidating” is how they want to come across of course. How about
“Vicious”, “unmerciful”, “cruel”, “murderous”, “shameless”, “a waste of cell construction”. I could go on but God forbid I insult all the little pieces of cow dung. They make a persons internal struggles with conscience, bigotry, and racism easiery to defeat to say the least. From one who would be the last to judge, I have become one filled with contempt. So thanks to all the children of Islam for clearing matters up for me.
And “Why Blood-thirsty Liberal”? I’m only an aggressively passive, pseudo-intellectual old hippie with uncanny 12 ounce curl abilities so I haven’t been able to figure that out. I’ll go back at read your explanation for the 5th time and maybe I’ll actually get it.

Goddam Muslims. I’m so tired of this!! I’m tired of apologizing for these animals! I’m tired of appeasing for these vermin! I’m tired of saying sorry for these parasites! I’m tired of politicians tellings us that we are all equal, that Islam is a tolerant religion, that we should all get allong! I’m tired of this shit. These fucking Muslims should just all go back to they fucking backward desert caves and STAY THERE!!! A benevolent teacher who goes to help in probably the most despicable country in the world is treated to such a humiliation!!! People, this is what we get for helping these countries. OPEN YOUR EYES, WE ARE AT WAR WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Let’s treat them accordingly!
