		<description>Every day he inches a little bit further from narcissist and creeps ever so slowly to psychopath.  If I haven't recommended it before, I recommend a book called "Snakes in Suits" and "Without Conscience" both by Robert D Hare.  "Snakes in Suits" had a co-author, Paul Babiak.

As a matter of fact, if you take hop skip and jump through the Psychopathy Checklist - Revised, a product of Robert D Hare, Ph. D., and you can see an outline of it here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychopathy_Checklist-Revised, it may give you pause.</description>
