It's more than possible, after all, that he doesn't have the faintest idea of what a paradigm is - no one really does. It's been a complete mystery since Stephen Covey appropriated the phrase in inventing highly effective people who then have to write notes in their expensive planners. Bet bumper-sticker-guy doesn't have a planner and no planner, no paradigm shift, maybe no paradigm at all.
