		<description>That'll make a great epitaph some day: "He was more popular than Bush."

But I'm not even sure what that means.  Bush was elected in a controversial election (to say the least), but won reelection with the highest vote count ever.  Obama's probably likely to get reelected, too (incumbents usually are), but that's a long, long way away.

And with the chorus of the media singing hosannas and hallelujahs (as opposed to the raspberries they had for Bush), how could he be anything but popular?  (For now.)</description>
