Person of the Year Update

Remember who Time magazine selected as their Person of the Year last year? Course you don’t, nobody does. You wouldn’t have known it was Obama this year if I hadn’t told you.

Right? Ring a bell? Course not, nobody gives a crap. Didn’t then.

Hey, Elizabeth Warren: still boasting you’re the “intellectual foundation” of the Occupy Movement?

The privileged daughter of a prominent city doctor, and her boyfriend — a Harvard grad and Occupy Wall Street activist — have been busted for allegedly having a cache of weapons and a bombmaking explosive in their Greenwich Village apartment.

Morgan Gliedman — who is nine-months pregnant — and her baby daddy, Aaron Greene, 31, also had instructions on making bombs, including a stack of papers with a cover sheet titled, “The Terrorist Encyclopedia,’’ sources told The Post yesterday.

People who know Greene say his political views are “extreme,” the sources said.

Well, his arsenal certainly is:

A detective discovered a plastic container with seven grams of a white chemical powder called HMTD, which is so powerful, cops evacuated several nearby buildings.

Police also found a flare launcher, which is a commercial replica of a grenade launcher; a modified 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun; ammo; and nine high-capacity rifle magazines, the sources said.

Cops also allegedly uncovered papers about creating homemade booby traps, improvised submachine guns, and various handwritten notebooks containing chemical formulas.

What’s the matter with the Village—don’t they have gun control there?

BTW, it takes only about two minutes on Google to find The Terrorist Encyclopedia. Looks pretty handy, tho, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Terrorist handbook? Really? Why publish the direct link? who needs to know this stuff, except terrorists? Otherwise good catch about the Occupy movement and a sterling member. Oh, I get it. They had this in their possession. So, why weren’t they charged as terrorists? They had a sawed off shotgun, which is I believe, against any number of Federal, State, or local laws. They had an explosive with no real need for it, and stupid! They didn’t have it properly secured, I mean, in a tub in the apartment?

Ramon, I did think twice about publishing the link—but it was too easy to find myself. If I can find it sitting on my fat white a**, anyone can find it. Any. One.

And it’s good to know what terrorists are thinking about, and what’s on their shopping lists. It’s pretty effed up.
