Antisemitic News Around The World Today

Let’s begin with old, reliable Poland

A constitutional court in Poland reportedly has ruled against allowing Jewish and Muslim ritual slaughter in the country.

The Warsaw court’s ruling, which was made known on Tuesday, said the government had acted unconstitutionally when it exempted Jews and Muslims from stunning animals before slaughtering them as their faiths require, according to Piotr Kadlcik, president of the Union of Jewish Communities in Poland.

Kadlcik told JTA that in addition to the special exception announced by the Polish Ministry of Agriculture, Jewish ritual slaughter, or shechitah, is permissible under the 1997 Law on Regulating the Relations between the State and the Union of Jewish Communities in Poland.

Isn’t it touching that in a nation in which roughly three million Jewish men, women and children were slaughtered in the most barbaric, sadistic way imaginable, the leadership today somehow worries that Jewish ritual slaughter is unkind to animals? And note to animal rights activists: I had the opportunity to observe the stunning procedure in the late 70′s, early 80′s. Many animals were not knocked out and were absolutely terrified. Howling in terror as they were disemboweled. The Jewish/Muslim method is quicker. But then, the secularist world knows best, eh? In any case, Poland is announcing to its few Jewish citizens that they remain unwelcome. Observant Jews will be forced to leave.

On to more effective ways to commit genocide against the Jews:

On Tuesday, Iranian news agency PressTV reported that Egypt has given preliminary approval for Iranian lawmakers to visit Gaza through the Rafah border crossing.

Earlier this month, during the eight day IDF operation in Gaza, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has expressed willingness to visit the Strip, but was waiting for Egyptian coordination.

And what will the “lawmakers” discuss? How to deliver bigger bombs onto bigger missiles? Will there be any engineers or scientists among the lawmakers?

During the 30s and 40s, there was no place for Jewish people to live. America shut her doors. Europe instituted an extermination program. The Arabs instituted an extermination program (less effective, but lethal in its own way). Christian Century, a magazine of the Protestant world, denied that the holocaust was occurring and blamed the Jewish reports for frightening people. The NY Times knowingly hid and buried the story (see: Buried by the Times, Oxford University Press). We see the same genocidal intent today. But today the roles of the Arab world and the European have switched.

And what about “old, reliable Hungary”?

On Monday, during a parliamentary debate on the latest fighting in Gaza, a member of the far-right Jobbik party, which surged into parliament two years ago on a campaign drawing on suspicion of Roma and Jewish minorities stated: “I know how many people with Hungarian ancestry live in Israel and how many Israeli Jews live in Hungary.” — “I think such a conflict makes it timely to tally up people of Jewish ancestry who live here, especially in the Hungarian parliament and the Hungarian government, who, indeed, pose a national security risk to Hungary.”

A video of his remarks was also posted on the Jobbik party’s Web site.

It is probably the reason why most Indians live in India and most Chinese live in China it is a fact that multiracial countries such as USA,Brazil are rare. Most people do not feel comfortable living with other races .The Jews in Poland were probably treated the same as Koreans living in 1920′s Japan. The only safe place for Jews should be Israel but the stupid arseholes who run the country have allowed it to become a haven for Arabs and others and are even proud of the fact , Jews are doomed unless they are prepared to kill others who would take their country away. The wars in 1956,67,73 were a complete waste of time because they were not prepared to hang onto the territory that they won.No-one else is going to fight for , it’s no-use moaning that some other country won’t let people use primitive slaughter methods because some idiot with a long beard crept out from a burning bush thousands of years ago and said god wants us to do it ….bollocks.Go to Israel and fight for Jews there.

Joe, both your language and comments are offensive!

I accept that the language was unnecessary, and I apologise, as to being offensive I will quote verbatim from Stephen Fry a well known English Humorist and gay rights activist…….”It’s now very common to hear people say ‘I’m rather offended by that ‘.As if it gives them certain rights. It’s actually nothing more than a whine.’I find that offensive ‘has no meaning;it has no purpose;it has no reason to be respected as a phrase.’I am offended by that ‘.Well so fucking what.”

    Oh dear…

There are times I/we feel we have to… intervene… in Joe’s use of language, and perhaps we should have done so this time too. He, like the rest of our approved commenters, goes straight through, without filter (to say the least).

But I can’t say I disagree with him here. He does blame the victim (Israel), but otherwise his point is valid, and one we have made ourselves over the years (however more politely). Israel can rely only on itself—certainly not its enemies, its friends perhaps least of all—and should unashamedly remind the world that the Jewish state ain’t goin’ anywhere. Peace has only been a ruse to plan the next attack; accords and agreements have only led to more dead, among Arabs and Jews alike.

I’m long past any accommodation with the Arab states. But that’s just my opinion, expressed from the safe remove of Boston, as Joe’s opinion is expressed from the safe remove of South Africa. As the saying goes, opinions are like a**holes: everyone’s got one.
